Do you have limitless energy, tenacity and love the thrill of the hunt? This role involves researching companies and contacts, outbound cold calling, and qualifying each opportunity. It is a dynamic role that fits high energy, collaborative and smart salespeople. You will be working at our N. Post Oak office with the opportunity to occasionally work remotely.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospects identified through lead generation activities
  • Generate qualified leads primarily through calling campaigns
  • Gather intelligence about the accounts you are assigned to follow up on
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Capabilities Presentations
  • Understand how to navigate a CRM system to gain insights and record activity
  • Provide data and quantitative analysis on lead quality to help improve lead acquisition
  • Participate in marketing and lead generation email campaigns
  • Develop your sales skills and learn the optimal sales process


  • Excellent verbal communication skills is a must, as is the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Some Experience in Marketing, Websites, Graphic Design
  • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong interest in pursuing a sales career with the ability to meet and exceed goals and expectations
  • Self-motivated and creative thinker with the drive to learn, grow and succeed.
  • Ability to consistently produce reliable results on time.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a start-up team environment
  • A strong communicator and have a knack for being quick on your feet
  • High School or GED required, college preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
