The Regional Leasing Manager leads a sales team to ensure the company maximizes revenue, achieves results, provides superior customer service, and meets occupancy goals. This position is responsible for leading an on-site team of integrated leasing professionals for three key markets including Denver, Phoenix and Houston. The ideal candidate has experience with office leasing, management of teams and is based in Denver, Phoenix or Houston. Travel required as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute business plans and leasing strategy
  • Manage personnel, including coaching and mentoring
  • Oversee and assist when necessary with leasing paperwork and processes such as new employment applications, lease agreements, outside commission requests and TI approval
  • Support overall marketing efforts and provide input on new and existing promotions, advertisements, etc.
  • Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the properties, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacant inventory, lease expirations, market comps and conditions, etc.
  • Monitor responsiveness of the leasing team and allocate resources as appropriate to maintain standards. Prepare competitive survey reports and analyze real estate market trends and conditions in the area
  • Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs
  • Proactively review inventory that is slow to lease and work with senior leadership and property management to improve conditions and overcome leasing obstacles.
  • Inspect vacant units on a regular basis to ensure they are ready to show to prospective tenants
  • Assist Operations in implementing tenant retention and renewal programs
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required,
  • 4+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience required with a preference on multi- tenant office,
  • 2+ years previous experience managing teams required,
  • Technology aptitude including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with customers, employees and brokers,
  • Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers,
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment,
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment ,
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
