Job Description

The Client Project Manager / Solutions Consultant will support Stemmons software implementations and configurations to elevate the overall operations of various organizations ranging from Fortune-100 companies to small start-ups. The ideal candidate has a knack for solving puzzles, working with others, is assertive yet respectful, analytical, and has a desire to learn about as well as improve organizational operations.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and manage implementation projects of Stemmons Central for clients
  • Enhance operations of client by leveraging the Stemmons Central toolset
  • Understand business challenges and translate them into business solutions within Stemmons
  • Conduct change management campaigns for new system requirements
  • Utilize Stemmons as the method for Project Managing system and process enhancements
  • Identify bottlenecks and highlight opportunities to improve performance
  • Interview and interact with C-Suites and Decision-Makers regularly to ensure change priorities, initiatives, and processes are in alignment with overall company goals
  • Consistently interact with Clients and oversee various projects to ensure seamless completion
  • Analyze data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Manage the resolution of data quality issues
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements
  • Document data governance standards, data dictionaries, and related policies
Qualifications

Qualifications and experience

  • Excellent communication and English language skills, spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions
  • Personable, easy to get along with, and respectful of others
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding for the importance of operations and the desire to enhance them
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams including business and IT resources
  • Strong process improvement and documentation skills
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes with minimal instruction
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing business requirements
  • Self-Starter and Self-Led
  • Project Management Experience
  • 5+ years’ work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Business Intelligence report modeling
  • CAPM, PMP or ITIL Certification a plus
