Boxer Property is seeking an experienced bi-lingual Receptionist to join our Corporate Office Reception team to provide administrative support to our Leasing and Property Management teams. This a fast paced position where the phones may be extremely busy at times. You will handle a high volume of calls and be the “Face of Boxer Property”. Your professional presence and superior communication skills are essential to success in this position.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone promptly and great visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Deal with inquiries in reception and maintaining a clean, tidy environment in the Corporate common areas
  • Work as part of a Corporate Reception Team that provide various administrative services to the entire corporate office and are deemed the 'go to team'
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person and take clear messages with all of the relevant information if that person is not available
  • As initial company contact you will be trained on what questions to ask potential customers and expected to follow that protocol
  • Responsible for outgoing mail, posting and recording incoming mail when required; responsible for processing deliveries, handling and distributing faxes
  • Adherence to our dress code in representing the company in a professional appearance
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; some sales experience preferred
  • Communicate in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner
  • Must have good administrative skills with experience in computer database input/management
  • Requires working on own initiative, carrying out administration duties to a high standard; accuracy and speed of work is essential; must have the ability to time manage and multi task
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
  • Servant attitude to be helpful to both internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
  • A commitment to customer service a must with the ability to diplomatically communicate with clients and staff in a fast paced environment
