Your day starts with a choice of coffee and snacks. From Peet’s to Starbucks, and bagels with cream cheese to granola bars. From there, you attend your daily meeting with your manager and colleagues to game plan on providing our customers with the best care. During your shift, you’ll receive calls from customers who need help with their account. They may be stuck on the side of the road or may need a new copy of their contract. You’ll also make past due calls to customers to assure that we can help them in the event their car breaks down.

There is a high volume of inbound and outbound calling. Toco Specialists work at a crisp pace, achieve aggressive performance metrics, and carry out best in class customer support.   • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English a plus)
  • You have 2 Years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center
  • You are Computer proficient
  • You have a team-first mentality
  • You are open to being held accountable
  • You are passionate about having a successful career
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Has an ability to think independently and make decisions
  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task while following procedures.
  • Background that supports consistent employment and job stability
