We are searching for a qualified “hands on” Plumber that will maintain the day –to-day operations and assume responsibility of the common area plumbing needs for our Dallas building portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skilled plumbing, and electrical activities associated with the maintenance and repair of facilities
• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and a variety of plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets and water heaters
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Experience and Education:  

• Ability to pull permits
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years experience in building operations, engineering and equipment and systems maintenance
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment related to facilities maintenance and repair
• Ability to troubleshoot the operation of electrical pumps and motors
• Ability to adhere to safe work practices and policies, standard practices, methods, materials and equipment used in facilities maintenance; occupational hazards and safe work practices associated with the work; operation and application of a variety of tools and equipment associated with the work
• Ability to recognize chemical products and their designated use and to read and comprehend Material Safety Data information associated with cleaning products
• Ability to work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Employee must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
• Must be consistently report to work and be punctual
